CONSTRUCTION
: Robust and integral case is made of cast
iron grade 15/20 ISO-210/1970. All the gears and pinions are
helical only. Design of gears for strength and correction
of gears are as per ISO -4460 -1969 and CMTI standards. All
gear wheels, pinions and shafts are made of high quality alloy
steels as per ISO - 1570 and are hardened and tempered. All
the bearings are designed for tough reversible applications
and long life. Depending on the out put speeds, the gears
are arranged in 1/2/3/4/5/6 stage reduction. The reduction
ratio required is uniformly distributed on different stages
to ensure that the geared motor will have the optimum strength
and rigidity. For very low output speeds below 1 rpm in some

TESTING
: All the geared motors are tested on our
test benches for a minimum period of 5 to 6 hours under load
conditions in both directions of rotation. All parameters
like, noise level vibration, efficiency etc., are thoroughly

MOUNTINGS
: The geared motors are available in all types
of mountings like Foot Mounting, Flange Mounting, Hollow Output,

like B3, B5,B6, B7, B8, V1, V3, V5 & V6 and also inclined
